“Something New” VSC #30 Challenge

Hi everyone!!!! Happy New year!!!!! I am really really late with my posting and I am so sorry. Well it’s time for our first challenge of the year over at our challenge blog. Our theme for our challenge is “something new”. Did anyone receive some christmas crafty goodies from santa? Or did you get something new for the New Year? Well we want to see your projects by linking them up to our new challenge. Our winner will receive a $10 gift cert. to the shop. Well my new goodies that I used were my peerless watercolors and the star sequins. I really love how watercolor looks on a card. I used my “Birthday wish” stamp set for this card. It is a simple and fun card to make to hold those gift cards. You can purchase the stamp set here and the star sequins here.

Make A Wish – Star Gazed Card

Good Morning Crafters! I have another card to share with you today. I decided to use one of my mother’s day gifts (that the hubby got me) this morning which was the Star Gazed stamp set from Papertrey Ink. I love their stamp sets and dies. Super great quality. I just fell in love with this set and can’t wait to make a few more cards with this set. I used gold metallic embossing powder and Tim Holts perfect pearls in bronze. I also used a piece of Marigold solid twine for the star  which you can purchase in my online store. Well off to work. Don’t forget to check out V’s Sweet Ideas shop for some amazing prices on your favorite craft supplies!!!!

Digi Darla’s Challenge #22 “Things with wings”

Good Morning Crafters! We have a new challenge this week at Digi Darla’s challenge!

Now onto this weeks challenge!! “Thinks With Wings”We are being sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps this week, so you can use either a Digi Darla Design OR a Bugaboo Stamps image!

Everything That You Ever Wanted to Know About Bugaboo Stamps: A Short Essay
As if raising five children in the frozen land of the North was not enough of a challenge, Jodie Mackrell decided to dip her cold little Canadian toes into the world of papercrafting by opening an online store full of her illustrations. That was two years ago. Today Bugaboo Stamps is one of the leading companies in digital images, and we’re still growing! From seriously snarky to sugary sweet to sublimely soulful all the way over to the other side of the super sexy spectrum, you’re bound to find all that you need and more to create your paper projects. Jodie works very hard to provide New Releases and Freebies every week! If your taste runs to rubber (and you know who you are), you can find Bugaboo Stamps at Totally Stampalicious. And finally, join the Bugaboo Stamps DT for weekly challenges at Catch the Bug.
That means for this challenge you can choose to use either a Digi Darla
image OR Bugaboo image!!
Bugagoo Stamps is our sponsor this week and they are giving away a prize pack to one winner.
Bugaboo was kind enough to allow the DT to choose an image of their choice to showcase this week and we want to send out a HUGE thank you!!
