Acceptance : All orders and transactions between V’s Sweet Ideas, LLC and the customer are accepted on these conditions of sale only. It is the responsibility of the customer to read such conditions before entering upon a transaction.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. If you receive a card or product that is not satisfactory, please contact me immediately. I will either offer a replacement or a refund. A refund or exchange for the purchase price minus postage will be issued once the card or product has been received in the same condition it was received. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
I am sorry but I do not give refunds on personalized products or cut ribbon or twine, this is because they are personalized to an individualâ€™s needs.
What size are your cards?
The card sizes vary, but the size of a particular card is usually shown in the description given.
Do you cards have inserts?
Most cards are blank inside, some may have a message that matches the occasion inside.
Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes all orders are processed using the secure Pay Pal service.
Details are collected purely to enable your order to be processed; they will not be passed on to anyone.
Are all of your cards handmade?
Yes. We personally design and create all of the cards shown on this website. Any card with a stamp that is not my design is credited to the proper designer unless otherwise stated on their angel policy.
How are the cards shipped?
All my cards are carefully packaged and sent via first class mail.

How quickly can you process my order?
Most orders for ready made cards from the website are processed and shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment, however please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to be processed. Custom cards may take longer to ship. I can’t be held responsible for the USPS delivery times after an order has been shipped. If you do need a card in a rush please contact me I will be happy to arrange special or recorded delivery at the added extra postage costs.
Ribbon and Twine
All measurements used in this website are approximate. We will always aim to send your requested length of product in one length, but occasionally it will be necessary to send the amount you order in two pieces. If you require your ribbon/twine in one unbroken piece then please let us know at the time of ordering, by email: email@example.com
